Interview
Contacted immediately after resume submission and had a phone interview. Followed up with an informal, in person interview. Then was invited to office to meet other staff. All phases of interview went well and was not aware of the high degree of unprofessional-ism that existed at the company. I never imagined that a business could be so dysfunctional, even though I had previously worked at a family-owned/run business.
