Arizona Community Foundation interview questions

This was a thorough interview, with two panels, in addition to conversations with the stellar hr team. They called references, reviewed my application and asked detailed questions. The offer was good, but they were willing to accept a counter that matched a competitive offer.

Had a great interview via Zoom and quickly completed online reference check. Informed me they had additional interviews and would follow up for possible second interview. Followed up several times via phone and email and was told I would be contacted. Finally, nearly a month later, received a voicemail informing me I was not selected for the position. Overall they could’ve communicated more sooner and been more transparent about the process.
