I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Arla Foods
Interview
interviewed with Arla about a year ago. It took them ages to get back to me, and in the end, they went with an internal candidate. That person quit after a year, so they re-advertised the role.
When the recruiter reached out to me for the second time, I actually said I didn’t want to interview because I suspected they’d just go with another internal candidate. They assured me there wasn’t one. I went through the whole process again, waited three months for feedback… and guess what — they went with another internal candidate.
Honestly, it’s baffling. If they’re only going to hire internally, just say so upfront instead of wasting people’s time. Two rounds of interviews, months of waiting, and nothing to show for it. Really bad experience.

A recruiter from hr department contacted me via email to participate in this interview. It was done via mobile phone. Interviewer was very positive and open. They were asking me about reasons why I applied to this job, my personal qualities, work experience. Overall, I did not feel uncomfortable and questions were very clear and simple.
