The hiring process was very detailed but quick. First impression is key and just by the Interviewers I could tell they were serious about hiring right away and were not looking to waste time. I prepared myself as best as I could before interviewing and I went for 2 interviews and got hired. They were very transparent about what they were looking for as well as my previous experience. I could also tell that being friendly is a plus due to the fact of it being a Community Federal Credit Union.
