First of I would like to apologise that you didn't have a great recruitment experience as we strive to give a positive candidate experience too anybody that applies to Arm. As you can imagine we do have a very large number of applications that come in and we strive to respond to all applicants however this isn't always possible, this is why we had introduced the assessment stage, however I can understand your frustration at not being responded to and it is something we will look into
