Arm Intern - Hourly interview questions

Applied online through Linkedin. Phone screening from the hiring manager who was really polite. Mostly behavioral questions with some technical questions. I received an offer about a week later which I accepted. The interview process was easy.

I applied online. Received an email over a month later about an online interview. The interview was a video interview, not with a person but rather just answering prepared questions. They had given me a question and then gave me 30s to prepare and 3m to answer to a webcam. It actually felt kind of uncomfortable and I did not feel like I did well. I head back 3 weeks later (over the holidays so I would assume it would've been faster otherwise) and I did end up getting the position in the end though so I feel like perhaps most people have this kind of experience.
