Arm Senior Front-End UI Developer interview questions

Applied through company portal for a position that completely matches my profile. Got an email asking questions to rate my soft skills in terms of adventurous and risk taking etc. Got a canned reply from companies talent acquisition team that after "careful consideration" they cant move forward. Cant believe we have companies like this in 21st century that sends canned replies to candidates. If you are serious about hiring put in the effort to treat candidates as humans, and let them know why you cannot hire someone with 10years of experience and has worked in multiple companies big(Fortune 50) and small.
