ArmadaCare interview questions

The interview process was laid back interviewer went over resume asked about my experience what previous mangers would say about me if ask what would they say I could improve on not a lot of star questions which I appreciated very personable

The interview process was extremely long. They were 4 to 5 interviews required and a final decision was never made. Looking back I see the company did not intend on hiring anybody for the position. Leadership used interview process to gain information strictly for the benefit of their company. They were unsure of how to manage this sector of their business and used my professional experience for next steps in their company. Complete waste of my time.
