There was a phone interview and then an in-person. The in-person included meeting 3-4 staff members and the people were very nice. There was a basic accounting test at the end. The person who did the initial phone interview called and I tried to pick up but it was too late. After calling back multiple times, they never responded back or tried to reach out. An email or something would've been nice but I didn't dwell too much on it because I hear a lot of other people facing the same thing with other companies.
The interview went very well, and the interviewers were extremely nice. I was able to answer all the questions, and the entire process felt just like a natural and friendly conversation. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate the opportunity and the kindness of everyone involved.
General interview questions, such as walk through yourself and talk about your past work experiences, and why you will good for that position, and why this company. I got 3 round interview.

Interview
I interviewed with 3 partners in the St. Louis office. I had about 30 minutes with each of them. I loved how open and honest they were about the work they do, tax season, and company morale. It was a great experience!
