One interview stage, tell presentation, no appreciation of consultation selling asked about experience but interrupted constantly through the process to tell candidate how little time they had. Ended up hiring a relative of the HR assistant. Waste of my time, my energy, and tried to make me feel like I was nothing and they were a professional organisation. Seriously!
It pretty much was going to interrupt you talking about your experience and tell you 4 times about how many people were going to see and hire an HR assistant’s husband with less experience who’ll come up to you in the car park and tell you how he beat you!

Interview
Basic Math and English tests followed by a Microsoft Excel test. Organise a spreadsheet, add new data, write formula. A mock telephone call to a potential customer and a short interview.
