Interview set up almost immediately after application. In-person, some simple tech questions. Lobby was full of awkward political propaganda, nothing I had ever seen before. Told I would hear back the next day - ghosted.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Armstrong Steel (Englewood, CO) in Oct 2023
Interview
Found the job through indeed, applied through indeed directly. Got a callback on my phone from the sales manager for the role within the next 24-48 hours. He was professional and we scheduled an initial interview the following week. I had to reschedule, and called their office to do so, which he was OK with. Went in for the first formal interview, lasted 45 minutes, he asked some questions about past experience. Showed me the sales floor, 1-2 dozen individuals working at that time with many out of office for a trip.
