Applied via craigslist. Arrived for interview on time, was forced to wait 45 minutes for the hiring manager to even glance at me. He was extremely rude, and expected me to know *their* drink specs. When I told him I haven't worked anywhere that pulls single shots (Seriously, in third wave coffee double shots are standard, single pulls are a waste of time) he implied that I didn't know anything about espresso (I'm a fully trained barista. I work for an espresso machine company now giving demos to new purchasers.)
