After applying online, I was contacted by the assistant HR for an in person interview. I was interviewed by two people one was the hiring manager and the other was the Director of HR. The interview went well or so I thought.
After they asked their questions I asked mine. The last question I asked was would I be a good fit for the position the manager said that I was exactly what they were looking for, that I understood what the positions needs were and had the skills and knowledge. Then the Director stated that they weren't sure that they had enough people to represent a good group of candidates applying for the position.
Very unprofessional in my opinion, to conduct interviews "IF" you don't have a enough people to interview for the position. Why would you waste my time with an interview if you are not even going to hire someone? I would not work for this company based on the way they handled the interview process. And the fact that I sent a follow-up email that was completely ignored. Thanks but no thanks.
