Interview
Brief overview of the company, how they work and the types of jobs they take on. Dinosaur way of thinking that will not bode well for a growing company in this generation. The interviewer was adamant that there is no way I would have the skill necessary with only 6 years of experience when I needed 10.
We are sorry you did not have a positive experience. We work really hard to maintain our company culture. Therefore we have an extensive interview process to ensure that we are a good fit for the candidate and the candidate is a good fit for us.
