I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Apr 2016
Interview
Submitted application electronically via company website. A few days later, I was contacted by Arrive Logistics and had a 30 minute informal interview. Was then sent a online assessment, and a couple days after that was scheduled for an onsite interview. Interacted with employees on the sales floor, took notes regarding the day to day operations, as well as skills necessary to be successful. While the interview was "difficult", it was the best interview I ever had. Arrive asks intelligent, pertinent questions. They want to make sure you are the right person for the job, and can only do so by getting to know who you are ,and what you bring to the table. After the onsite interview, was sent an offer letter to confirm the job position.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Mar 2020
Interview
Initial phone call, 2 more phone calls/video meetings with hiring managers and HR and an in-person interview was then conducted. In person consisted of cognitive ability test on a computer and met with 6 different managers.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Aug 2017
Interview
Interview Process was great. First an over the phone interview, then an on-site where you are able to shadow both sides that Sales has to offer (carrier and customer).
