The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Apr 2017
Interview
Initial phone interview and then invited into the office for an in-person interview. The office interview consisted of shadowing two employees, a geography test, interview with senior recruiter, and manager. The interview was easy and very relaxed. Everyone seemed kind and the job seemed decent, but I decided it was not a good fit for what I was looking or and expressed that to them afterwards.

Question 1
Difference between product sales and service sales?
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.
