Amazing interview process! Sagel, Kari, and Samantha made me feel at home at the headquarters in Austin. Warm, welcoming office tour and shadowing of two types of representatives. Great young, lively environment that is entering hyper-growth expansion stages. Arrive Logistics definitely gave me vibes of enthusiasm, passion, responsibility, and ownership. They truly believe in their mission to become a billion dollar 3PL firm!
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.

Consisted of 2 phone calls (15 minutes or so), 1 interview on site in Chicago a week or so later (3 hours total). Interview was a 30 minute shadowing, then 2 back to back interviews with 2 of your possible bosses. Received an offer two days later.
