Interview
First round interview was a 30 minute call with the recruiter to discuss my background, the position, and answer any questions I may have. After this I went to an on site interview where I shadowed with a carrier sales rep on the floor. Once I was done shadowing I had two interviews back to back, one with a manager in office and another over zoom.
Very responsive and easy to coordinate. The interview itself was straightforward and exactly how described. 2 parts, 30 minutes each. One with a manager and one with a director. Heard back a few days later as they had told me. Very easy to coordinate with the team on the offer post interview
Phone interview followed by an in person interview. Typical questions and was easy enough.
Then you shadow a tenured rep for about 30 ish minutes to see how the job is.

Consisted of 2 phone calls (15 minutes or so), 1 interview on site in Chicago a week or so later (3 hours total). Interview was a 30 minute shadowing, then 2 back to back interviews with 2 of your possible bosses. Received an offer two days later.
