Interview
I was contacted by HR first, then by the sales manager, there was only one inteview with the sales manager. HR only contacted me to set it up. The interview lasted about an hour and a half, he told me two people were leaving next week so he needed someone urgenlty. I was hired three days after and I was told to be there asap.

quick and down to the point, did not move forward, they offered below market value which was strange, since they were looking for someone with 5 + years experience and this was not an entry level, but $60K per year now a days you can make more at Costco

You first apply with your CV, then you´ll have a phone call for about 10 minutes and then you´ll get to the interview. The process does take a while ( at least for me it took a while, it was during covid)

Kurze Vorstellungsrunde. Danach wurden über die bisherigen Erfahrungen gesprochen, zudem was man sich selber vom Job vorstellt und welche Vorstellungen das Unternehmen an einem selber hat. Danach wurde darüber gesprochen, wo man sich in den nächsten Jahren sieht, was für Ziele man hat.
