Online screening happened and was called in to the office for 2 interviews. One with management and the other was technical with Supervisor. Very straightforward process. Interviews were 15-30mins long.

Friendly approach, initially a presentation of the company was given, then they ask for my work background and why I would be a good fit. Decisions of hiring are taken by unit managers since there is no human resources department.
