      Android Developer Interview

      29 Dec 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Toronto, ON
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Art & Logic (Toronto, ON) in Dec 2024

      Interview

They emailed with a challenge (2 parts). Part 1 must be submitted in a week. It can take up to few hours but as per them a skilled developer would take 1 hour or so. It requires brushing up some concepts you studies in school and may not have used recently in your job. When combined with that it eats up some time.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

It was about implementing an encoder (part 1) which required brushing up knowledge on bitwise operations as using string manipulation on the input was not the solution they required.
