There are three rounds. Someone from HR will talk to you for 30 minutes and decide if you can go to the next round. Someone with technical background has a list of behavioural and technical questions. He/she doesn't seem to have too much interview experience. There isn't communication but asking questions and documenting your answers. I didn't attend the third round.
