I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arthrex in Jan 2025
Interview
Typical screening process with talent acquisition who was incredibly rude.
They lowballed me so badly. The interviewer asked if I knew of the cost of living here is on the higher end. I said yes. This is the first question asked. For a Senior role in Corporate Development, she said we're willing to pay $80,000. I wish I would have thought to ask "Do you think $80,000 is reasonable to live on in Naples, Florida?". If she said no, why would they offer $80k for 3-5 years experience? Is there an agenda here to act like they're looking for someone, knowing they won't actually get anybody with these offers?
She was also the rudest interviewer I've ever had. I almost said "Okay, we're done here. I'm no longer interested".
I had to turn down the role because $80,000 for a senior role is completely unrealistic, especially in Naples, FL.
