I interviewed for this role and was initially interested, but it became clear very quickly that the compensation discussed was significantly below market for the level of responsibility they expected.
Despite this mismatch, I completed the interview process and followed up afterward, only to be completely ghosted. No closure, no response, no acknowledgment of the time and preparation put into the interviews.
Experiences like this raise concerns about how the company values candidates and, by extension, how they might value employees.
Advice to Management:
Align compensation with the expertise you’re seeking, and provide candidates with a proper update. Professional communication matters.
