I applied online and was invited to an interview 2 days later, The interview was polite and smooth, they asked If i had any relative experience working with the supported staff, i explained i didn't but i felt capable. After the Interview i received a follow-up email explaining they would like to offer me a position. I had to apply for and recieve my NDIS workers screening check (which they reimbursed the cost of ) but this took a few business days. After sending it through to them via email they replied with links to sign contracts and I started within the week after documents were signed.
