after the application evaluation i was invited for a telephone interview:
the interview has with a recruiting/ HR guy, very friendly and well articulated. Very behavioral based questions. typical background check. question about Arup VALUES!! i was informed the same day that i passed and was invited for another interview with a manager of the team i was about to work
second telephone interview:
the interview was conducted from a manager, very professional, he explained a lot of things, about the job, the environment, he asked about relevant experience with programming, and finite element programming. he asked about my expectations. a sort of discussion rather an interview question-answer type. if you do your study, you ll be fine.i was informed the next day that i would be invited in Solihull for the final stage of the recruiting. However i agreed with another company for a job, so i declined politely, as it would have no meaning.
Overall great experience with the hall team, very helpful for rescheduling and accommodating when necessary
