Online technical interview is taken by a foreign expats who prepared the question paper of 100 marks which I was asked to solve in in the interview duration. They were expecting multiple schemes which are viable and then asking to appraise the advantages and disadvantage of each scheme.

Conceptual design of an unconventional challenging structure which has evey possible constraints on earth.
The interview process was well organised and professional. The interviewers were knowledgeable and asked a range of technical and practical questions related to structural engineering. The process was challenging but fair and provided a good opportunity to discuss previous experience and problem-solving skills.

First telephone contact and subsequently an online interview with the Head of Structures Department and HR. Introductory and technical questions, but nothing too demanding. Very low salary offer well below the current market.
