Interview
I had a phone interview with Arup. The interviewer was nice and made me feel comfortable.
The interview was in 2 parts - the first half was about motivational questions (why you want to work for Arup and all) and the other part was about situational judgement questions (3 questions). It lasted about 30 minutes.
