I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arup in Dec 2021
Interview
I attended an online assessment centre that lasted 4.5 hours. Consisted of answering technical (acoustics/vibration) questions about a fictional broadcasting facility, an interview with competency-based questions, and a general case study assessment (same for all graduate roles) about a fictional project. The individual sessions were at most 1hr long and there were around 10-15min breaks between individual sessions.
