I applied for a role and didn't hear anything back at all. Then after eight months or so, an Arup recruiter called me and said they had seen my application. We discussed the role, my salary details, the hours... everything! I was told that I was a great fit for the role and a manager would be in contact to arrange a teams interview. After a few days I received an email saying I'm not qualified for the role... So it seems the recruitment staff and management don't communicate before reaching out to candidates. A poor experience from a company that's meant to be amazing. It's put me off applying for any future roles with Arup.
