Arup Graduate Energy Engineer-Buildings interview questions

After the online application I was invited to a telephone interview. Easy and straightforward questions only lasted 30minutes. After that I was invited to attend an assessment center where I had a group exercice and individual technical and personal interviews as well as a meeting with the HR manager to discuss more in the position. The assessment was held 3 months after my first telephone interview and I was given about 1 week to prepare for it
