Read carefully job description and make sure that you are filling comfortable with requirements/skills needed.
Relevant skills for position:

Question 1
Usually in interviews you might be asked to put an example of everything that you metion or said.
Example:
You: I have leadership skills.
Interviewer: Put an example.
You: We had some issues with clients when product migration happened. Team wasn't well trained. I trained them so they could answer to client's need. Before my intervention team members were frustrated. After my intervention they were capable of answer and help every single client. In fact, as a team, we got an award due to our excellent performance.
At the end, for doing a good interview I consider essential to have the ability of turning things around and to be capable of finding always a solution for every problem.
