Question 1
1. Your university? 2. your expectation of the role?
4 case studies for different groups. 5-6 candidates in a group, and at beginning need to identify each person's role, e.g. time keeper, presenter, etc. The judges are the head of HR and head of different business units, they will walk around to monitor candidate's performance in the group.
The interview is really basic. The questions were not difficult. The interviewer gave detailed information about the recruitment process. I think I answered all the questions well. But, I was rejected.
