Got contacted by a recruiter, who did a short interview and then passed my CV to the company. Then I had the interview with arvato HR and who was going to be my manager. Quite relaxed and easy going chat with both of them. Got the offer the day after, 5 days after being contacted by the recruiter.

Very easy and nice process. This multinational company is much more than what it looks like at the begging. Nice environment. Recruiters were very nice to me. No negatives so far. All good, nice and easy.

Not much to say - competency based interview, background check - expectations on STAR method to structure answers... Recruiters are often moody. In essence, not a great opportunity to learn and practice interview skills.
