It was smooth and interactive, was asked one LC and one game. The interviewer was interactive and was contriuted to lead the interview in the right direction. I was called for the final offsite after that
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Asana (Dublin, Dublin) in Jun 2026
Interview
Pros: The interviewers and people I interacted with throughout the process were very professional, pleasant, and welcoming.
Cons: The recruitment process is excessively long and demanding for an entry-level position. It consisted of 6 separate rounds, including detailed technical questions and a final 45-minute presentation. Despite passing all stages with positive feedback, I was ultimately rejected with a generic automated email after a week.
Advice to Management: Streamline the hiring process for entry-level roles. Requiring 6 rounds and a presentation is an excessive time investment for candidates, especially when the outcome is communicated via a generic rejection template.
