Ascendas-Singbridge interview questions

They called me for interview in Hyderabad. I went to interview through a consultancy. Hr round if fine and after that Manager of finance took technical interview face to face. The technical round was almost 30-40 mins, they asked me technical questions, previous work experience and all. They said me they will communicate the result of interview through consultancy. After a week i received call from consultancy that i have been shortlisted to next round for video conference with banglore team and they will confirm the date of interview in 1st week of JAN 2018 (i received the call reg this on DEC 21 2017) I waited, waited and waited , 1st week of JAN passed,2nd week passed , Still i didn't receive any communication from the team. So i contacted them whether should i wait or move on, after 3 hrs they replied me that they are not inviting me for the next round. After making me wait for 20 days around this is what i got. My sincere request to this management is if you don't like to take the interview for next level at least please communicate the same to candidate, this is your responsibility, At Least when you said that the candidate is shortlisted. Dont play with people feelings and time. Thoroughly disappointed with this behaviour and lost respect.

Had to sit through a financial test (excel). Doable for people with finance background. Interview with an executive and hr personnel, quite relaxed and asked a couple of personal questions and with regards to experience and what I can offer.
