I applied online and about two weeks later the Director of Donor Services called to set up an interview the following week. I came 15 minutes early and waited. I met with the Director at the appointed time and he asked me routine interview questions. It was probably more like a conversation than an interview. I felt like there was good synergy during our conversation. That lasted about 15-20 minutes. Then the President of the foundation came in and it was her turn to ask me questions. She was a little more to the point and curt in her questioning. I felt very on edge when she was asking me questions. I didn't get the same feeling I had as when I was talking with the Director. Her questioning ended after 5 minutes and then the interview was done. The President said that there were other interviews to be had and that they would be in contact with me withing two weeks. I never got a call back and the job posting stayed on the site for a good month after my interview.
