Was originally waiting for the head of the dept. who is more in operations over the surgery dept. arrived 15 minutes early and waited another 10 minutes after the initial interview time. Was met with a different manager who also interviewed me. Both were very unsure of how to conduct the interview. Felt like I was conducting it more than them. Was asked if I would feel uncomfortable if I had to deal with a disgruntled patient / family. Should have known that was a red flag. Overall not terrible, heard back rather quickly.
