Ascent (IL) interview questions

Two rounds of interviewing. First one was with CEO, and the second one was with people in legal and tech depts. There was also an assignment to complete before 2nd round of interview.

Initial phone screen with VP Product discussing the role and team followed by 3 hour in office with multiple employees. Fairly standard questions for a startup team looking for a designer, although sounded like they needed a designer/researcher role which wasn't obvious from the job description. Seemed like a skilled team, would have been interested in moving forward but received no further communication, negative or positive.
