Interview
The interview process was informal. It took place in the back office and the hiring manager was very pleasant. She is looking for someone who can be outgoing, an easy conversationalist, and can demonstrate social skills that will put patients at ease. Come in looking professional and enthusiastic and it should be a sure shot. Their turnover rate is high, so do with that what you will.
