Interview
It was at least a three step interview. First, met with VP of Sales. Then took an aptitude exam on sales. Then met with the company's Division President and another VP. After that, was asked to drive around and meet with the sales people.

Question 1
Describe your biggest strengths and describe your biggest weaknesses. Nothing overly difficult. I think they asked where you are looking to be five years from now.
They were open and described what was expected. I asked many questions and they were happy to answer them and breakdown their expectations. You need to go into the interview knowing you will work weekend and holidays. You need to have a flexible schedule.
