Very well structured and competency based interview. Unique experience in participating interview with panelists. There 5 panelists asking continuous questions ranging from background, expertise and hands-on experiences. Also, situation-based questions were asked a lot such as how did you deal with tough situation or difficulty

Background assessment, online cognitive assessment, and onsite assessment. It progresses quite slowly, as we wait patiently during the winter. I an not sure about their standard, and the cognitive questions are complecated.
