Ask & Embla interview questions

I was approached by their HR and did an initial interview. I was made to do an assignment and met with ZERO follow-up even after repeated prompting. They didn't acknowledge that they received my assignment. HR could use some retraining and improve in their communication.

"I completed the first interview with the hiring manager, followed by an assignment that led to a second interview with the lead creative. That went well, and I progressed to a final interview with the founder. However, after that, I've been left in the dark, with no response despite following up with several emails. It seems like my application has been declined. HR could definitely improve their communication and responsiveness.
