4 rounds - very time taking. Its very frustrating. They even did reference check and wasted my references. But rejected me after 1.5 months of several rounds. Nothing is sure about this organisation please all applicants don't rely on a single application from them. They will hang the process.

Interview
Started with a 30-minute interview, followed by a 4-hour exercise a week or so later. The deliverables required during the exercise were a PowerPoint slide, an Excel tracker, and an email to an external stakeholder. I was compensated for my time performing the exercise.

Straightforward interview, and it was pleasant. The question that surprised me was being asked what was the last book I read. They also had me complete an assessment as part of the last step of the interview.
