It was an easy interview from a technology perspective. They're more focused on culture because it's a start-up and you work closely with the whole teams o that's really important to them.

Had a short interview with a recruiter.
A few days later I had an interview with someone senior in engineering. I was informed the interview would not be technical in nature.
I'm not sure why but the interviewer kept pressing me for technical answers and gave me an algorithm problem to solve. I've never felt more awkward during an interview as it was stated it was non-technical.
