      Learning and Development Interview

      6 Oct 2024
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Aspen, CO
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Aspen One (Aspen, CO) in Aug 2024

      Interview

Ghosted. The process was over a month, with three interviews—recruiter, manager, and panel for a total of 5-6 hours of your time. Fragmented communication and then I did not hear back. Their focus in the interviews was about demonstrating leadership and giving the “Aspen”’experience but they seemed to have a hard time articulating what this meant.
