Definitely beware. Had a very unprofessional experience. I say I got a job offer but declined but rather they declined it for me. Applied via LinkedIn as well as within my college job portal after my campus career fair (and having spoke with them in person). Had a phone call with HR, discussed expected salary, confirming graduation, etc. Heard back a day or so later that I had an in person interview. Went in, spoke to 5-6 people (most 1 on 1, one with a couple of younger engineers). At the end HR explained more about the finances and the role and that I would hear back soon. Heard back two days later that I would be offered the job but here's the thing: there was never a paper offer. They asked if I could get back to them by the next day (a Thursday), I said maybe. I contact them Thursday morning, ask them if I could have the weekend, they said sure. Next thing I know, I get a call Friday that they were rescinding the offer. An offer I never even got in paper. Needless to say that my campus' career center was not pleased and has blacklisted them from coming to career fairs.
I was a bit turned off that the role was also to create videos about the Aspen Technology program, rather than doing engineering but it was April and I wanted to have a job for graduation. Fortunately was able to find something else. This was a very quick process though, I believe I had heard from them and had the interview then offer within 7-10 days.
