They talked about the position and the company, and then I talked about myself (resume). It was a short interview of 30 minutes. Some job-specific questions were then asked if there was a question for them.

It went well, with various interviews with key regional executives. Several telecon and face to face and one on one and panel interviews were conducted. Professionally conducted, and the offer process was smooth. Accommodating on the start date and notice period.

Straight forward, largely conversation about technologies and industries. Reasons for joining Aspen and leaving previous company. They don't drill you on technologies but it is helpful to show you understand the industrial landscape, legacy and cloud based.
