I applied to the Account Executive position on LinkedIn in October 2021. About a week later, the HR recruiter reached out to me to schedule my 1st interview with the General Manager. 1st interview was a simple interview discussing my past experiences professionally in sales. Following-up on that interview, I had to prepare a case study on how I would maximize revenue at a company given a specific set of parameters. I presented that to the GM about a week later. Following the case study, I met with the Customer Success Manager at Assembla for my 3rd interview. This interview was more casual/conversational than the first 2.
I was sent an offer and accepted about a week later.
