I was contacted by an external recruiter a few days after I submitted a job application online. I confirmed my time/ date availability then the day of, the time of my interview came and I didn't get a call. After 15 min I reached out to her and she said she had a dif time for our call, so we rescheduled to that other time (1 hour later). The new time came and still didn't get a call, followed up with the recruiter again, and never heard back. I just thought it was extremely unprofessional to ghost a candidate 1 hour after confirming an interview time. I'm not sure if she just looked over my resume and thought I wasn't a good fit after all, but I'd much prefer to get an email saying that then not getting anything at all.

Good can be better. It's easy to get in to ForwardPMX. Just keep basics clear and speak with good confidence. Try not to hesitate while answering. Two rounds of technical interviews will be there.
